Naruto would win...I see some people r saying Yoshi would just eat Naruto, but Naruto could easily escape getting eaten by using multi shadow clone jutsu to create a thousand clones or so....

While all his clones are attacking Yoshi, Naruto could just get the drop on him with a rasengan...And that is just one way he could win...
