im gonna say kakashi wins this because if their that close, kakashi speedblitzes and kills deidara before he has any chance ti use any of his bombs.

lolsz deidara wins all he needs to do is make a bird and fly droping bomb as he go a long.

and i know the fanboys will say what about his eye justu and ill say deidara beat it before he can do it again.

no because deidara can be miles away form the fight and kakashi thinks he fighting the real deal but thats not the case.

Kakashi's sharingon can see chakara, he would see Deidera trying to sneak away, not to mention he has to make the clay clone in the first place, giving Kakashi the time to reach Deidera.

lolsz deidara trained one of his eyes to fight the sharigan.

plus deidara knows that,thats why he made the clone in the air and droped it so he can get away.

if kakashi runs after deidara the clone will attack kakashi and explode.
