No Rin died some time ago according to information.

But think about this.

The Uchiha have been held to the requirements of killing a best friend, brother or whatever to obtain Mangekyo Sharingan.

Kakashi HATAKE is not an Uchiha therefore it is a huge possibility that he was able to unlock MS through completely different means due to his blood is not Uchiha blood. Just my opinion though.

Ehh not so much of it using his body. Itachi even stated Kakashi's great visual prowess of the sharingan even though it wasn't his and even though he wasn't an Uchiha.

Took his brother's death to do what? Awaken Mangekyo Sharingan? Itachi implanted his very own ocular powers in Sasuke so that MS isn't exactly his right now. Like I said Kakashi is set to a different scale of requirements since he himself is not an Uchiha.

Or maybe Obito had the Mangekyo somehow when he died. Kakashi somehow found out before Shippuden, and awakened it. I doubt that is what happened, but we have only seen Obito during the Kakashi Chronicles.

He can only do it 2 time's a day, after the first, kakashi become's completely fatiuged, but the second time, he'll end up passing out, or worse.

Exactly why I am saying he has Mangekyo Sharingan but it's totally different from the regular Uchiha MS.
