EDIT: I misread this

Either Itachi or Sasuke can defeat Chiyo with Amaratsu, while the other holds of Sasori, then double teaming means a win for for Itachi&Sasuke.

Sasuke stomps Chiyo with Ammy or a Genjutsu, while Itachi holds off Sasori long enough till they can team up on him. Itachi and Sasuke win.

I doubt that Sasori could kill off both Itachi and Sasuke, and Chiyo is the weakest one here, chances are genjutsu and then Chidori could take her out.

yeah Chiyo would'nt even be a factor in this battle
Itachi's and Sasuke's speed outclass most if not all of Sasoris puppets
i dont think Tsyunmomi would work on Sasori
but Amaertasu or Sasoono could
and if Sasori summoned all of hs puppets
Kirin could easily destroy many of them in one shot
so i say Itachi and Sasuke by far

Sasuke would speedblitz his way through Chiyos puppets and chidori her in the heart or Simply put her in Genjutsu and kill her from there. Itachi uses Ammy to destoy all Sasoris puppets.Then he could either use Ammy again to kill Sasori or Susanoo in which Sasori has no way of overcoming.
