Blood shown on Disney xd's version of Naruto Shippuden

So yesterday i was watching the Shippuden marathon and on episode 9 during the flashback when Orochimaru says "if anything your eyes are keener than Itachi's" it shows a cut on Sasuke's cheek and the blood from the time Sasuke stabs himself. This means that xd will show blood
