naruto game idea

mine is pure and simple, make a game that fans would like..

how to do this?
one way is have kishi or the anime writers, or both team up to make a real story. The other way is to have the game follow the story of the manga.
It seems to me whenever a video game staff other than a few noteworthy staffs such as the people who made final fantasy series, need real writers to make the story.

As for combat, don't focus too much on character cutomization,but also dont rehash super smash brothers. Use naruto combat, and maybe use combonation button controls such as D rank attacks are 2 buttons pushed at the same time, while A rank can be 10 buttons pushed in 5 seconds with differnent dirrections. Also taking on challenges such as making air combat more fliud by making you push one set of buttons, then time it or miss.
Button combos, can be achieved by taking the most common hand signs as the base for making the combonations and justu.
