Elder Toad only boost him with Genjutsu, Jiraiya him self is Supersonic in SM, plus he got all thos Insane Jutsus.

Although minato would be faster in FTG he really has no way of hurting Jiraiya though.

I Vote for minato becuase he may have learned everything from jirayah but minato is crazy fast and he created rasengun and probably has it down better than jeiryah and he can use his teleport and rasengun together like he does in ultimate ninja 4 so i think he culd do it.

Speed means nothing if you don't have the power to defeat your opponent.

Rasengan would not kill SM Jiraiya, if you think so that's major wank.

Ultimate Ninja 4 is a GAME. This is a manga debate.

Minato lacks feats and since Jiraiya was his teacher he would probably know his moves, so SM Jiraiya stomps. Also, Jiraiya in SM can just tank his attacks, or dodge them, with his boost in speed.

Jiraiya.

As far as we know Minato wasn't trained in SM, which gives Jiraiya a HUGE advantage. Even without Elder summons, Jiraiya still can preform stronger jutsu than we have ever seen Minato perform.
