Kisame already showed that he could keep up with KB in base form, Samehada could heal his wounds and KB can't do a thing in Water Globe.

Yeah I think the recent chapter gives Kabuto a huge jump.

He showed that he has the ability to control Manda,(Even Orochimaru was weary about using Manda) and he showed the Shed-Skin ability, which is a big deal.

Not to mention he captured Yamato and kept him completely restrained while escaping other hyped upper tiers.

And finally, he showed an immense intelligence increase. He made that entire capture strategy up on the spot, not knowing any of Ol' Girls jutsu, and using it against her.

But Sasuke's Sasono'o hasn't really shown any speed feats.
Tosuka is not a physical item, I think it's etheral in nature, meaning it doesn't get haltered by physical barriers such as chakra.

Well he controlled Manda 2. He said himself that all he did was take the original Manda's DNA and modified it, making a clone that's stronger, faster, etc. I don't think that this should really count as him controlling the original Manda himself because until Manda 2 at least acts like Manda, then it's safe to assume that Kabuto merely made a purposely obedient clone.

I removed Zombie Tobirama because I have no idea where to put him.

Added Kurotsuchi, Akatsuchi, and Ōnoki.

I moved Minato up too. Being known as one of the greatest hokages, I figured he should be higher on the list, and Gama smash would beat a lot of people below him.

Should I give them the knowledge they have of each other in the manga too? Like Kisame and Itachi knowing each other, etc.

It has, actually, and I don't think he would stand there and let Susanoo take a swing at him. He could also try attacking Itachi's Susanoo and once he figures that he can't do crap to it, he can try flying away with his bird or just avoiding the sword.

If Sasuke used full Susanoo, chances are it would be at a longer range because of the arrows, and Totsuka can only reach so far. By attacking Itachi's Susanoo from far away he would realize that it's indestructible.

All in all, Itachi could win with Susanoo, but Sasuke could still escape it or outlast him. I don't see a way how he could win otherwise because Sasuke showed better Ammy control and already knew how to break out of his strongest Genjutsu.

Oh yeah, 'dem days. I can still think up of ways Sasori can beat them but they all have higher chances of beating him, with the exception of Tsunade.

New stuff? He doesn't even have his puppet body atm but who knows...
