#1 - Konan is considered Kage Level. I Think She should be moved down because she has only shown 3 usable feats. Umm... why else do you think Konan is near the bottom of the Kage tier... however, the Jonin levels would have a tougher time with her.

#2 - Asuma is on the Jonin Level list. I think he should be moved down because Asuma techniqly has only 2 useable feats. Wind Chakra trench knives that can extend and cut through rock, Ash Cloud, keeping up with Hidan somewhat. he is slower than most Chunin (Neji, Lee ETC.) Not Neji, but Lee yes. he got hit by Hidan's Scyth in a matter of seconds and died while Kakashi was able to hold off Hidan, then tank a Surprise attack from Kakuzu's hearts and still continue with Hidan. So? also Shikamaru figured out Hidan's abilities in a couple seconds while Asuma couldnt. And yet Shikamaru couldn't do a lot until he got prep time and PnJ.

IIRC she fought a good number of Aburames who specialize in draining chakra and still won.

That too, but it's more like she fled because of Pain preparing Chou Shinra Tensei.

Thank you. I guess I'll counter some parts of your post:

Saying, she wasn't inches from hitting him. When clearly she was. Trying to say she didn't move. At all. While using Legendary Heel Drop.

Technically she was more like feet away from hitting him However, it doesn't look like Orochimaru barely dodged.

And a small division using acid slime has only been shown in fillers. Technically; its never been shown. But it's logical that it could. Theres no reason for it not to work. Katsuyu divisions are just clones of Katsuyu. And seeing as how the large Katsuyu can use Acid Slime, theres no reason smaller ones can't. Just an assumption though.

There are no manga feats proving this.

And I'm not bothering about the height calc since it's so much easier to make one from the Chapter 430 color pages. But even if it is fast enough to cross 30m in a few panels there's nothing preventing Shino from dodging it with Shunshin or Bug Clone.

I think it's fine keeping Danzo as one person. The only thing we've seen from unsealed is correctly guessing 20 some ninjas in a forest. If you would split him, he'd be near the very bottom, which is unnecessary. Other than that, I don't remember unsealed Danzo in any action.

By Unsealed Danzo I mean Danzo without his arm thingy, because he takes quite a bit of prep to remove it.

Well I don't think that we should count ma and pa, since both Naruto and Jiraiya would be capable of summoning them.
