name of the eye technique: memtei
eye technique : have the ability to warp to a place and can create weak genjutsu


lv. 4Jutsu:
jutsu: genjutsu hidden light it causes the oponent to think they are surrounded by darkness by manipulating the light to seem like there is no light can be escaped like every other genjutsu

lv. 3 time flash can stop time for the opponent for about 2min. the opponent feels all damage once it stops

lv.5 light style solar shuriken : like rasen shuriken but its extremely hot

Light Manipulation ~allows the user to manipulate light and transform it to different forms depending on their rank
Genin- can transform light into throwable objects such as kunai, stars, etc.
Chunin- able to turn light into swords spears and shields
Jonin- able to turn light into bombs
each rank can also use the same as the ranks or rank below it

Maybe I wasn't clear.

WHEN we get a complete list of submissions THEN we will go about approving.

Right now I am (if you read the first post) giving people the oppritunity to resubmit theirs with the new formatting or tomorrow night I will remake them.

After that is all done then the council will debate and argue over balancing the bloodline techs, perhaps PM some suggested changes to the people who posted the, and then FINALLY we will post a list of the approved ones.

Sougon-Tougyo (Kekkei Genkei of the Tasogare Clan in the Hidden Light)

Gravity Manipulation

This KG allows the user to affect gravity in theform of weight ex: make someone weightless and unable to move, make gravity so heavy that they are pushed to the ground and cant move)

in the form of attacks and shields ex: create an anti-gravity field that shields the user from any thing that might attack them or send a pulse of gravity to attack the enemy.

water style ex: they are abl to use the way gravity effects water to use strong water jutsu

genjutsu ex: uses the way gravity can affect people to cast strong genjutsu

self ex: they can manipulate the gravity field around themselves to levitate, make themselves heavy and unmoveable, or to pull people close to them to attack

if this is too much i can tone it down

What could do (other than sit here all day telling people that something is COMPLETELY overpowered) to make this less frustrating?

Right now ALL we are doing is GATHERING SUGGESTIONS. We are gonna go over them and tweak them and power balance them once we get a good list.

I can't power balance stuff until we have a decent number, that way we are fair to all submissions.

Guidelines I suppose I should have put up but assumed were self evident:

No time warping, the battle system cant work with time warping.
No dimensional manipulation for the same reason.
No invincibility.
No technique that blocks everything.
No technique that instantly kills your opponent.
No technique that cannot be blocked no matter what.
No technique you feel would "win every time".

Tasogre Clan Change in Kekkei Genkei

Have the abiltiy to manipulate water in the same way that Gaara can manipulate his sand.

Are also very skilled in genjutsu and sealing techniques.

Weaknesses: earth style chakra/jutsu/users genjutsu is strong but is able to be broken by genjutsu masters or medical ninja

Strengths: Fire style chakra/jutsu/users and are able to dispel any genjutsu do not need water to perform water style can use the moisture in the air

if the other one is no good then this will be the new one

Tusanari clan: Infuses any weapon with metal chakra, making it much sharper. It can go strait through solid objects (to acertain extent ex. Trees, boulders, etc.) and deals double the damage that weapon would ordinarily inflict.

Entenal Charkra:Allows user to make their charkra into a phisical form and usable.The users are able to manupulated(use) as Garra with his sand.You can make into a shield or use it to attack.The charkra gives the user a dark, black cloack.(Just to look cool)It coulld be use in any phisical way.

and i also had a question; if the ability to affect space ex gravity manipulation or the memrai clans ability, why is gravity manipulation a jutsu in the shop?
