Well, I guess I'll take a stab at it, shall I?
Ridcully sweeps. He has managed to unite the staff of a university where the prefered method of promotion involved killing the guy above you before Mustrum showed up and proved to be bloody impossible to assassinate, not least on account of sleeping with two loaded crossbows. The wizards of the Unseen University regularly deal with gods and eldritch abominations of all sorts that threaten the city. By comparison, Voldemort, while certainly powerful, is small potatoes. And since Dumbledore had trouble with V-diddy, Ridcully has the advantage. |

I absolutely love Terry Pratchett. Have you read Unseen Acamdemicals?
With that out the way, Ridcully is better at running the school and leading, which he actually does by ignoring people. But I say Albus would win. Ridcully has no Avada Kedavra.

Dumbledore would never use the Forbidden Spells as far as I'm aware, them being forbidden for a reason and him not being a douche to use them effectively. |

I assumed CIS was off, but even if it is on, I still say he would need Hex to win.
If you look at what it was like before Ponder built him, they needed years to work out what could then be done in an afternoon. Also, from what I understand, they need to have the spells ready, while Albus can just whip them off, on after the other. Hell, transfiguration would work, and by all accounts, he rocks at that.
