Honestly I'd say Tsunade wins due to likely speedblitz, better medical ninjutsu, and her power.

Ino is practically fodder, Shizune doesn't have anything to hit Tsunade, and we all know Tsunade>Sakura right now.

Tsunade wins.

She can speedblitz all of them and she can dodge all of their attacks or simply tank them, while one punch would pretty much kill or severely injure each of them.

I think Tsunade would win too, but tank them? Sakura is capable of lifting 100 tons, and busting the earth with little to no effort, also including trees buildings bridges etc. Tsunade can heal, but to her best health would be with Katsuyu which she doesn't have. Just tanking the attacks isn't like healing right away, she'd be pretty injured herself if she got hit by Sakura. I know you said dodge, although you said, or simply tank them.

i think shizune n sakura working together could put some pressure on...shizune is jonin level right? and i know it aint canon but sakuras feats from the first ship. movie were impressive, strength wise probly equal to tsunade. shizune distracts her, sakura flies in n gets a clean hit.

Tsunade still wins.

Ino will be dead in seconds,Shizune cant really hit Tsunade with anything,and Sakura will cause some difficulty but since Tunade knows all of Sakura capabilities,she will be able to stop her attacks,not to mention Mitotic Regeneration makes her unkillable.But I really doubt she will have to use it

Hmm i think Sakura,Ino, Shizune.

Sakura has incrediable strenght which matches head on with Tsunade.
Ino isnt much use but she can use Mind Transfor or Mind Destruction on Tsunade.
Shizune i think sense she learned from Tsunade and hanged around her more she will be able to predict her moves and tell others.

explain how she would speedblitz all three at the same time...shizune knows her moves and her personality, she would be ready for wha tsunade is capable of.

sakura and shizune know her moves and abilities while ino can mind transfer her and kill her when sakura and shizune distract her
