Ozai vs. Deidara

Ozai has comet power. Battlefield is where Ozai fought Aang.

From what I know Deidara kept up with Sasuke.

So he is in transonic speed. However Ozai has much greater fire power and his speed increased to jet from my feet.

Deidara will have some difficulty of dodging, not too hard but mainly because of the size of the fire blasts.

Deidara's best bet would be C3 and C4.

C2 dragon is a bigger target so Deidara would do better sticking with C1 bird.

Now any c ranked bombs will injure/kill Ozai if it hit.
