The location of the village is at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. It is extremley dark but the shinobi have adapted eyes that make it seem like the sun is shining. The eyes will only be used if they go out of the village. This is because the village is lit by millions of lights. It is made by unbreakble steal so the structure cannot break.


History

The village was founded by two rogue ninjas. Both rogues were related to the great Oceanic Sage. One was a direct desandent. The Oceanic Sage had started a civilization on the land. It got destroyed in a war that broke out with the Atlantic Ocean. The two rogue ninjas felt a strange feeling in their blood when they steped onto the land. They knew this is were the belonged. And thus the Village Hidden In the Deep was created.

The Getsuy Taga are the special eyes that help us see precilisey under water.
The Oumi Eyes let you connect/summon any sea animal to aid you in a spar or real battle.It also lets you mold water from chakra.



Clans

We specilize in water jutsu. But we also have all the main element others and dark jutsu.(this does not mean you are restricted to having water jutsu)

Everyone needs to know the War System rules. Me and Kay will try to enforce the rules as much as possible throughought the rules.
