Just so you know but PSPGO's aren't region free so you can't get the Japanese version of Accel 3. If that's what you were planning on doing.

yeah they are region free , just make a japanese account and buy a 5,000 yen Psn card and download it from the Japanese market place.

No. Both Psp and Psp Go are the same. They just have different features than the PSP.
