I think Lee wins personally, I'd say he can probably dodge Dual Piercing Fang and can probably defeat Kiba before he decides to use Dual Wolf Fang.

Gonna go with Lee on this one...he's a harder worker with just as much tenacity as Kiba.

Kiba would be overconfident from the start, and Lee would be at 100% the entire time, overwhelming Kiba from the get go.

Granted, I think Kiba is just as strong as Lee and a tad smarter...but in this situation, Lee's determination is the key factor.

Lee has dominant Taijutsu that not even Kiba could beat. Lee's pure determination is another factor that clearly gives Lee the upper-hand. In the end, even with Kiba's speed, Lee out matches him and ultimately speedblitz for the feat.

Hmm i dont really know they both have stamiana, i guess it all depends on when Lee decides to open the gates thats when its over for Kiba.

I go with Lee in this match. He's as fast or faster than Kiba in base. Has better taijutsu ability, and the prep for inner gates is faster than dual wolf fang.

Kiba wins.

Lee generally wears his weights in battle, he would have to take them off to be able to move at superior speeds compared to kiba. Kiba is not slow either, he moves pretty quickly, Kiba won't allow him to open gates or take his weights off. A quick Wolf Fang would kill Lee.

If he starts with weights off, Lee has this.

I generally don't go into specifics, if we're talking about straight skill and not any specifics, then it's obvious that lee is the superior ninja.

Any battle can go either way though, it depends on the situation, battle field, and restraints (the fact that lee keeps his weights on).

1 problem with that. Lee has not been shown to have weights in shippuden. I would think that if he was wearing them the battle with the Kisame clone would have made him take them off.

I've gotta say Lee in this one. Kiba's pretty strong, but I think Lee's just a little stronger. Plus if he used any of the Lotus's Kiba would be down instantly.
