Naming help?

I need help with a name. I am planning a Naruto fan fic (which will not be posted here :P) and I need a name for a new character. He is tall, kinda skinny, light blue scruffy hair and green eyes. I'm thinking Makoto, but if you have anything better, tell me? I need a last name for him too, by the way. Thanks ahead of time, if you help me out, I'll rep ya...

Aizawa sounds good... Let's see some more names. Katashi sounds too much like Kakashi to me.. :/

or Mizu.
masato means justice
and mizu means water if i remember rite...
