 Compared to anyone from Naruto...Eggman isn't strong at all. In my opinion anyway.

all eggman has is a lot of machines and junk, while shikamaru can control their shadows and turn them on eggman. and if he uses a bomb, shikamaru can just throw it with a shadow.

eggman.he has an IQ of 300 and he has made very powerful machines.the only reason hey seem like junk is because sonic uses a ring goes super sonic and destroys them with his FTL speed.eggman is smarter and his machines outnumber more than shika's shadows

Eggman. He may not seem like a strong character, but let's be realistic here, his IQ is way higher than Shikamaru's, and he could come up with a robot that can actually take Shikamaru down. Sure, Shika's shadows can stop the robots, but let's remember, they have a time limit, and EM can have multiple robots on Shika at once. Shikamaru would lose all his chakra trying to stop them all, concluding in his defeat.
