All ranks past special Jounin are manually changed by admins, everything up to that is automatic.

Rep is usually given for funny, helpful, or agreeable posts.
The users who can give rep are the ones who have 1 rep power or more.
To be a Genin, post more BUT don't spam;

Never make a "Give me rep" thread or something like that. It will most likely just make your rep go waaay down.

To get to a genin level, you have to have at least 251 posts, dont spam, play nice.
