Depends. If Hinata mustered up the courage to not pass out upon touching him, she'd win. For the simple fact that Naruto wouldnt lay a finger on her.

Frog summon should do it.
Taijutsu with clones won't work, Hinata can see 360 Degrees and her taijutsu is advanced.
If he summons a small frog and performs Wind with Water Pistol, it should destroy Hinata.
Why waste any more chakra?
