Gaara vs Sasuke

Scenario 1: Just before the end of Naruto Part 1 fillers. So like Gaara as powerful as he is in episode 216-220 vs Sasuke, who is presumably as powerful as he was in episode 134 plus w/e training he does with orichimaru up til episode 220. All of their techniques are at their disposal, like Curse Mark level 2, Shukaku.

Scenario 2: The beginning of Shippuden. Gaara as Kazekage vs Sasuke as Orichimaru's apprentice. Again they can use any of their techniques they wish.

In both cases, let's assume they are fighting in the Chunin Exam stadium/colliseum where they first fought originally before the Invasion of Konaha attack.

Scenario 2 - That's tough, but I think Gaara.

1 - Sasuke. Naruto was stronger than Gaara and still lost to Sasuke.
2. Sasuke. He smoked Deidara, who made short work of Gaara.

I still think Post Curse Mark2 Sasuke in PRS would have stomped Gaara. His Lightning Chidori would cut right through all of Gaaras Earth/Sand Jutsu.

sasuke will win because of genjutsu and gaara cant stop kirin because in the chunnin exam sasuke passed through gaara's sand with chidori, imagine now
