SpamBot Thread Warning.

Hey guys Naruto321 here,

I think I have found a way for Mods and Admins to find spambots the easier way. In this thread, all you have to do is post a link of a thread that's spamming. Or post a link to see where the spambots can be found.

Also, do not spam here or saying something off-topic because its spam. So instead of sending so many messages to the Mods or Admins they can come here and click the link of the post and do there job.

So like I said all you have to do is post a link where you found the Spambot and let the Mods take care of the rest.

(@Mods: If you want to change anything feel free to do that.)

What is a Spambot?

I have seen people asking what a spambot is.

A spambot is an automated computer program designed to assist in the sending of spam.

Forum spambots surf the web, looking for guestbooks, wikis, blogs, forums(Naruto.Viz) and any other web forms to submit spam links to the web forms it finds. These spambots often use OCR technology to bypass CAPTCHAs present.

I don't know if this has happened before, but there are these things called E-mail Spambots. I have already explained about this, but I will explain again. E-mail spambots are people that ask for your e-mail.

Also, E-mail spambots collect e-mail addresses from the Internet in order to build mailing lists for sending unsolicited e-mail, also known as spam.

Such spambots are web crawlers that can gather e-mail addresses from Web sites, newsgroups, special-interest group (SIG) postings, and chat-room conversations. Because e-mail addresses have a distinctive format, spambots are easy to write.

NOTE: Never give your e-mail to them. WHY???? Because when you go to your mail your going to see a truck load of spam in your spam folder.

there are e-mail adress that add me that ar eliek this : girl@example.com
or n_n_nina@example.com ,etc
are they spamtoo??

I've noticed that most of the spam bots are found in the naruto new's section well atleast the ones I've seen

the important thing is that the user was banned I'm sure that once somebody with the power to delete threads get's here they will delete it
