It won't let me give rep!!
I have more than 50 posts. I have earned 19 rep points. But it just makes a farting sound whenever I try to give rep. The only time I actually succeeded in giving rep was about a month ago, and it hasn't worked since. WHY?!?!

Anyways, I have no idea either. Who was it that you tried to gave rep to? If it was someone that you had already gave rep to about a few days ago, then you can't rep them again for a few days.
