(Part 1) Neji VS (Part 1) Gaara
non-Shippuuden neji AND Gaara, (when Gaara is STILL bloodthirsty and coldhearted before he even fought Naruto at this time around). Who's gonna win?
Neji got good close-combat Hyuuga techniques and his Byakugan while Gaara got his absolute defense of his sand shield and sand armor. But Neji could see the opening points and hit them dead-on and could really injure an opponent's inner organs and kill the opponent, could also shut all the chakra points so they couldn't use chakra to use jutsus. Gaara gotten two types of chakra, just like Naruto, Gaara's second chakra, the Shukaku. He also got the terrifying jutsus he could easily "I'll make it RAIN BLOOD!" toying with his opponents. desert Coffin/ Sand Coffin/Desert/San Funeral jutsu he got could just crush and kill anyone... So i say my points, if they had fought each other for realistic...who's gonna win? ------------------ For me, I say Neji. Though I like Gaara more than Neji, XD.

Gaara stomps, especially since he's bloodlusted.
Sand Shield immediately protects him from any of Neji's attacks. Neji can't survive nor defend against moves like Sand Burial or Sand Tsunami. Also, Gaara could easily get out of Neji's range using Desert Suspension.

Gaara.His sand would block Nejis Gentle Fist and Palm moves.On top of that Neji has no defense for once he gets in Sand Coffin.
