The War Council: Battle HQ.

One last sticky please.

DO NOT MAKE ANY CHALLENGES UNTIL SYSTEM IS FINISHED
SRhyse- I locked it, so they can't.

This is going to be the topic where all challenges can be requested, all win/loss records will be kept, and where we will have a member list. I might have made another topic like this in the past but It ended up being full of useless posts.

The War Council

The leaders and Judges who make this all possible. Please do not apply for this position. You will be contacted directly by a council member or the mods if we think you qualify. That being said, here are the general rules for qualifying.

1. You must be a member for at least a week. Also, a minimum of 300 posts is required. Sorry to impose it but its the same trust issue as Rogues. If you have less than 300 but have already helped make this battle system or contributed in other ways, you may be able to join.
2. Must be accepted by at least 2 members of the Council.
3. Must give evidence that they have done alot to help the forum, whether it be technical help, or village organization.
4. Be impartial. If your friend is battling, be fair to the other Ninja.
5. If you belong to a village, you CANNOT vote in their battle.
6. Mods are already in it.
7. Try to be fairly active. This will take alot of work. I know we all have jobs or school, but just do your best to make time.
8. Dont use your position against non-members. You have no powers outside of this part of the forum. You're not THAT special =p.
9. You can still compete in battle, don't worry. You just cant vote, obviously.
