This is a tough decision,

Obito is part of the Uchiha clan. And has more "experience" with their style of fighting. He "has" the sharingan too. On the other hand Kakashi is a lot more talented, has chidori, and has a kick-ass father that taught him a lot of useful things.

Kakashi Hands Down.

At the age that they were at? Kakashi, undoubtedly. Obito, at this point, still hasn't tapped into his potential. Compared to Kakashi, he's got a long way to go. Not that it's impossible for him to catch up, of course. But I guess there's no way for him to do so seeing as how he's, uhm...

Obito with sharingan, the sharingan would give him the edge and if kakashi can't use most of his jutsu, its oblivious that obito would win in this case.

ha,kakashi sure!!!he has chidori and fire ball jutsu(and other.obito knows only fire ball jutsu(except sharingan)

Probably Kakashi because he was pretty much a master when he turned Jonin, which was when he was 13 (I think). Plus Obito didn't have a lot of experience with the Sharigan.

i would say kakashi.
first why obioto wasnt that good, he had just gotten sharigan. he didnt know how to use any abilities with it at all and he isnt that fast so he couldn't really dodge that well even with it. and I'm assuming he only really knew fireball jutsu which i ammit is good but when that is your only technique it is easilly seen,
now why kakashi rocks. first of all he is fast, i know he doesnt show that many speed feats in the chronicles but he has chidori and that requries lee speed so he is pretty fast, and as shown by sasuke vs lee fast enough to counter a sharigan. and kakashi is smart so he could out plan obito and he is better and think on his feet and not freakin out. and finally he has chidori which is better than fireball jutsu and since he was a jonin then and didnt get there because of chidori it is safe to assume that he knows other jutsus
