What does it matter that Ino's tank top reveals her belly? You make such a huge deal over it, just look at other kunoichi.

I didn't like Ino much in the First Part.

She became a lot better in the second. She's isn't useless, it's just because she's a side character, so she doesn't get a lot of moments in the story.
