First of all, she doesn't really hit him that much. What you see is filler, omake, and movies, where she does hit him a lot, but only because the animators think it's funny. You know how many times she's hit him in the manga so far?

Don't think it's okay to overexaggerate for your convenience. Besides, all those times she hit him, he well deserved it.

So what, she doesn't love Naruto because she tries to keep him in line? Tsunade is brutal to the kid; she beat him up once. But even you can't deny that Tsunade loves Naruto. You think Hinata should end up with Naruto because she doesn't hit him? Because she just goes along with everything he says? Someone like that won't be able to keep him out of trouble, like Sakura always does.

Besides, Idiot is an endearing term to Sakura. Do you read the manga at all, or do you just tune out?

That's not what happened at all. He meant it in a good way. You know Naruto, he's clueless when it comes to women. Naruto loves Sakura, you think he'd purposely insult her? If so, you should not even call yourself a Naruto fan, since you don't know the first thing about the guy.

And don't bend reality. Sakura didn't hit Naruto because he said she didn't change. She hit him because he was being a pervert with Konohamaru - And he deserved to be hit. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy; but sometimes, he's gets out of line. That's why Sakura's there, to keep him in check.

Then later, during the Zabuza arc. And again, during the chunin exams. And after that, when she found Naruto saved her.

You need to stop leaving crucial things out for the convenience of your pairing. It goes to show that NaruHina is only canon is HALF THE MANGA IS CUT OUT.

On the other hand, I ♥ SasuSaku but I think that this wouldn't happen because as the story progresses, Sasuke becomes more evil and evil and even Karin notices that Sasuke has changed and she doesn't like it. But the story WOULD be shocking if Sasuke had feelings for Sakura...

As well as that, you're implying that Naruto would just suddenly drop his feelings for Sakura. Is he suddenly going to fall in love with her because she confessed? Rin confessed. Kakashi blew her off. Lee gave his heart to Sakura, and at least she gave him a little more respect, but still, nothing happened.

Heres the thing about Sasusaku,to me they just represent the absolute worst possible relationship.Sasuke treats sakura like dirt and from what iv seen has no feelings whatsoever for her and when sasuke was around sakura was a weak fangirl.I honestly would like a sasusaku supporter to give a good GOOD reason why in any way that kind of relationship is supported so i can try to see it from there point of view.
As for Naruhina,I acually like hinata.But Hinata and Naruto together just doesnt work to me.Hinata is just TO passive and meek of a girl.Thats not saying anything bad about her character but Naruto I think would need someone who would stand up to him when he has stupid ideas(because lets face it,he has a lot of stupid ideas)and call him on them.To me it seems like hinatas the type that would just go along with it.Im not saying that it would be a terrible relashonship but in my opinion Sakura is better suited.She just seems to match up personality wise to him and would probably have a better effect on him.Still i have nothing against Naruhina and can see some of their points of view.
Again though i absolutly despise sasusaku and have yet to find a fan of the pairing that can give a arguement that would make it seem like anything other than the worst possible pairing to ever be in any anime/manga iv ever seen.If you think you can pose to me that arguement i will gladly hear it.

I like NaruHina because of Hinata's unconditional love for Naruto and for accepting him and noticing him even when no one else did, before he became the hero of the Leaf Village. I think that their similarities and differences make them well-suited for each other.

And for the record, I don't mind NaruSaku at all, I just think NaruHina is way better. I really don't want to start debating about pairings, though, since I've done that about a hundred million times in the past and I just don't care one way or the other enough to argue about it. As Black Owl said in the post above me, it's not up to us, anyway.

When did Naruto ever say he didn't feelings for Sakura anymore? Give me proof that he said that.

When Naruto said "I hate people who lie to themselves", that was his way of saying he didn't believe what Sakura was saying. Before she mentioned Sasuke, he believed her but as soon as she said she no longer loved Sasuke or had feelings for him. Naruto knew she was lying and that something was up. And he was right that something was up when Sai told Naruto about the plan the Rookie ninja had come up with to get rid of Sasuke.

Naruto's love for Sakura is unconditional. He's proven that time and time again. That no matter what she does, he will still and always love her. That is true love!

Sakura is finally starting to come around to realizing that she may hold feelings for him (Naruto), she still has lingering feelings for Sasuke but if she gets past that, and realizes the truth of her feelings for Naruto. Then its done.

Also Naruto and Hinata have had barely interactment within the whole series thus far. They barely know each and another thing. Naruto's heart will always belong to Sakura. No matter what!

Also Sasuke has shown no signs of romantic interest in Sakura. In Part 1, she was his teammate and friend but he abandoned those bonds when he left the village. And in Part 2, he sees her as only another enemy from Konoha. For crying out loud, he tried to kill her 2-3 times. That shows enough that he has no interest in her whatsoever.

NaruSaku has been in development from the very start of the series. And its that development that NS has that NH and SS lack. You need development for a bond to progress to grow stronger and thats exactly what has been done for Naruto and Sakura.
