I hope we all remember that even if she does die, Orihime can still bring her back. Remember Menoly? The girl who Grimmjow blasted in half? Orihime healed her. She lived. Why would Hiyori be different? There's really no time limit to Ichigo reappearing. Even if he shows up an hour later, Hiyori can be and will be saved.
