Orochimaru was never technically killed, just sealed away. If we use foreshadowing, well the 9-tailed fox was sealed away but returned at times using naruto's body. And the 1st and 2nd hokage were dead, but Orochimaru resummoned them.

I think Kabutorochimaru is NOT the way Orochimaru will come back. Instead Kabutorchimaru will learn of a technique orochimaru had for reviving people from another dimension and use this to summon back the original Orochimaru.

In the other dimension its possible Orochimaru learns from the other people who were trapped in that dimension, maybe even absorbed their bodies. So when he returns he will be much stronger.

me too yoko's theory was actually pretty good.

I always thought about madara bringing him back but that totally blew my idea away.

i hope he comes back. he so freaking awesome(IMO). I actually hope he works with the 5 kages to destroy the rest of the Akatsuki(he dosent like them either) you know like one of those scenarios where the bad and good guys have to work together to beat an even badder bad guy. i know it happened in some other movie/tv show but i cant remember at the moment.

Spoiler: Even if he did, he would now be out classed and old news. I mean the focus right now is Madara(Who we all know is stronger, obviously) and the fact that he just declared a 4th Ninja War. I really don't see Oro fitting in if he did, I mean he always had his own agenda about living forever, but if he pops up in the middle of this war, he would be out of place.
