Devil May Cry which is better the games or anime

for people who dont the hit game series Devil May Cry came out with an anime show from the Funimation anime company i watched all 12 episodes and beat the first game now i want to you guys opinion is the Anime or the Game better

the anime has it's own story, it's not based on the game, how ever, they did come out with a Manga for the game, the one i read is based on DMC 3 and it's the story leading to DMC 3, it was very nice seeing Virgil doing all the planing

I love the Game and Manga more then the anime, but the anime was still good

I watched the first episode of the anime, and couldn't continue to watch it because they were butchering it imo. I love the games though, with 4 being my favorite, and my bro owns the manga.

Yeah I enjoy the games much better than the anime... Capcom can make some great games but they can't make great animes haha

I've never watched the Anime. I have played DMC4 though, and it was awesome.

i only played the first game and i did read the manga and i tried reading the novels but never got into them
