I like Itachi and he's got incredible skills but Naruto is unpredictable and always manages to pull something off so i think Naruto for sure.

Well as long as Itachi has his cheat codes (sharingan) Naruto cannot win he is a sucker for the genjutsu

I'd say it depend if Naruto started in SM and had knowledge and then he could win.

since even the kyuubi at full power was caught by the sharingan naruto has no hope of winning.

This would be a really good one for the Battlegrounds section...

Does Naruto start in Sage Mode?

Does Naruto know what Itachi is capable of?

If Naruto starts off without sage Mode and doesn't have a clue...

Itachi will win with genjutsu. No doubt.

But if Naruto know what Itachi can do and if he's in Sage Mode...

He'll have a very slight chance at victory.

Also... Is Itachi still sick in this fight?

Naruto can win. He knew what's up with Itachi during the battle in epside 16/17 or something where they fight the clone. He knows Itachi used his finger and is aware of how to counter the genjutsu. So he could get out of that. Now he can use Sage Mode and outclass Itachi in strength, speed, and attacks. Or maybe not....

Naruto, he could beat Pein whitout using Nine-Tails. Rinnegan is more powerfull than magekyou sharingan. And hes Genjutsu release is probably upgraded than last time.

So it's Naruto.
