I summon a giant cat that can break down buildings and step on Orochimaru. Ha!

A White Tiger summoning jutsu.

It would be a water and wind dual element user which would be able to use ice type jutsu's.

Techniques:
Frozen Mirror dome - jutsu similar to that of Haku except it produces a dome. Both the summoner and summonee can use it similar to how Haku did (in case you did not see it, it can be used to move instantly and attack from anyside).
Arctic breath - Summons a powerful wind that has micro scale ice needles to do crazy damage.
Ice tomb - encases the target in an inescapable prison of ice.
Blizzard Blade - Conjures a blade of ice that the summoner uses, freezes anything on contact.
Frozen forest - Conjures a massive number of icicles from the ground to impale the enemy.

I hope this inspired some creative thought, i'd like to see somebody come up with something to counter it

Firemane, the legendary horse of the underworld.

Firemane is the creator of Black Fire and all its derivatives(My Black Fire Ryu, Itachi's Amaterasu, etc). The only way to sign a contract with Firemane is to actually travel to hell and prove that you can withstand the heat of the demon underworld. Prove that you can also handle the heat of riding on Firemane, and he will be yours to summon whenever needed.

Summoning Technique; Fire Element: Birth of the Phoenix, phoenix can clone itself and uses fire type which you can combo with,
Fire Element: Rain of Ashes, like Garra's Sand Coffin
Fire Element: Fire Rain Technique, phoenix goes into the air and its like phoenix flower technique
