In the Naruto Clans are the members of any clan allowed to marry someone outside their clan sayyyyy Sasuke and Sakura or Naruto and Hinata in general?

They'd have to wouldn't they? If they didn't then you'd have a narrowing gene pool that would lead to way too many physical disadvantages. You might need premission before hand though, maybe a dowry, figure out how many goats Hinata's worth, that sort of thing.

I don't think I am ever seen anyone with goats living inside the village.

well maybe Sasuke with Sakura since Sasuke needs to rebuild his clan... but most likely for the Hyuuga i doubt that...

(minor derailment) I honestly see kishi avoiding any romantic relationship with naruto of any of the characters because he has created a convoluted mess with them and its easier to leave the readers with their own opinions

that being said its never actually been written iirc but its probably something that you can assume

I don't think Kishi will completely avoid the Naruto love triangles, I think his fans have invested too much in that aspect and I doubt he would want to emotionally screw them over by not giving them some kind of closure. I think a large part of Kishi's love triangle problems stem from the fact that creating female characters is not something he excels at. And because all of the romantic relationships have been heterosexual he's not entirely sure how one half of that relationship is supposed to act, thus we have the current Naruto love triangle SNAFU.

But that's just my theory so who knows.

I don't think the people in Naruto are the type to keep someone from marrying their true love just because said love is outside the clan.
