hello how due you unlock all the characters in naruto ninja destiny 2 is a really good game

Well you unlock some characters by passing the story mode and I think if you pass it in hard you get more but not sure

I would give you the link to this really good video game site but I don't know if the link would be allowed here. Anyways, I haven't unlocked all the characters yet, but win 15 survival mode matches on difficult, beat story mode on difficult, and complete the two side quests in story mode and you should be covered.

Here, I putted this in:
Deidara: Complete sidequest 2 - Instead of going South to find Sai, go East, then North-West to find Shino. He will give you sidequest 2 Four Tail Kyuubi Naruto: Clear all 30 floors of Exploration Mode with all 10 characters on normal difficulty. Hoshigaki Kisame: Complete sidequest 1 - see Uchiha Itachi Jiraiya: Beat Story mode once Kabuto: Win 15 battles in Survival Mode Legendary Sannin: Win 15 battles in Survival Mode (Past; Part 1)Non - Shippuden Characters(Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Rock Lee, Neji, Shikamaru, Gaara, Temari, One-Tail Naruto, Curse Mark State 2 Sasuke): Win 15 battles in Survival Mode in difficult One Tail Kyuubi Naruto(Shippuuden): Complete story mode in difficult Sasuke(Shippuuden): Beat story on any difficulty True Form Sasori: Complete sidequest 2 - see Deidara Tsunade: Beat Story mode once Uchiha Itachi: Complete Sidequest 1 - Instead of going South in story mode to find Sai, go East to do the sidequest ----------------- Hope this helps!
