Question about chakra

Im pretty sure i saw somewhere in the anime that people normally are able to use two types of natured chakra... ,but

Is it possible for any ninja to use all the types of chakra manipulation (wind, water, fire, ect.)?

To follow up on that, do abilities like the sharingan allow ninja to manipulate more of the types than a normal ninja (Kakashi having used earth, lighning, fire, and water in the past.) ?

It is possible. Jiriaya states that Pein had an affinity all five chakra natures, and it is theorized that this is due to the Rinnengan, so the Sage of Six Paths probably could as well.

Not so sure about the Sharingan though, but the Rinnengan gives you all five chakra natures. I think that the sharingan will do, but there is only actually four wind jutsu that don't require either a Biju, Giant fan or Sage Mode, A sharingan user would be hard pressed to learn them.

good question demon zabuza answered it nicely but about the sharingan, i think u can copy a move [ a fact] but u must practice it to make it perfect.

The Sage of Six paths was said to be the legendary figure who founded the ninja world and was the creator and first user of modern ninjutsu, essentially making him the first shinobi in the modern context of the term. He was the first to explain the truth about chakra and tried to use his power and wisdom to lead the world to peace instead of war. He was the only shinobi besides Pein to have an affinity in all chakra natures. The Rinnegan is said to be a kekkai genkai trait that only that Sage and his descendants would carry. Theres only a few shinobi that have been known to possess abilities of more than two chakra natures mainly those with sharingan and rinnegan like kakashi who has 4 chakra natures. The only person ive seen that can use more than 2 chakra natures without those Dojutsu is Kakuzu. Other than that i havent seen anyone.

Fuka's first and most noticeable ability was to suck out the chakra of others through a kiss, and eventually their soul. This seems to explain her elemental affinity for all five chakra types. When she absorbed the chakra from the victim, she gained all of their techniques and their chakra element. This led to her own elemental affinities becoming even more powerful. She could also lick someone to find out their elemental affinity, as demonstrated when she licked Naruto's face (to his annoyance and horror). Fuka also knew a technique that allowed her to use the bodies of her previous victims, much like Orochimaru. Seemingly the only thing left from her real body was her hair, thus damaging it being one of the only ways to kill her.

With rinnegan you can create you own custom jutsus with element. With Sharingan, you can only copy jutsus of other that use those elements, never able to create your own special jutsu unless you have one of the two chakra nature's orginally. The only original Jutsu Kakashi possesses is Lightning blade, and that's because he has lightning nature chakra. The rest, he copied. Pain has the ability to create his own jutsu with all 5 chakra natures, not copy them.

Well no. Because we need to use elements if we are going to use our Chakra.

EX: The Rasengan is a Wind Jutsu.

where did you read there was only 4 wind jutsu w/out a biju and giant fan or sage?

wind release rasengan.(not sage)
wind release: verdant mountians violent wind
wind release: toad gun: toad uses water
wind release: toad gun: toad uses fire
sora's wind jutsu.
thats 5. not 4.
