Obviously it's the Rasengan that's the most powerful, but since I like the Chidori more, I voted for it.

Rasengan is more powerful and it causes more damage. Chidori looks cool, but it isn't as lethal as the Rasengan. But how Sasuke took Chidori to the next level was amazing. Chidori Stream is awesome. But then again, Naruto took the Rasengan to the next level also. Rasen-Shuriken is deadly!

So the Rasengan is more of a straight on powerful and deadly move, while Chidori is more of a concentrated swift blow. Both are good Jutsu, but Rasengan takes the win.

Yup, which is why I'd go with the Rasengan. Chidori is cool, no question about that, but its coolness won't win it any battles alone. The Rasengan delivers more punch and can definately be the difference between life and death in a battle.

well many people here are saying that Rasengan would kill someone easier then chidori
this isn't exactly true
as when shown by statistic data, more people in the manga and anime have survived after getting hit by Rasengan then by chidori.
Both jutsu have different variations, but I have to say the variations on the Rasengan are more powerful then those on Chidori.
