Well, I like KakaNaru better than KakaSasu. But, the coupling is a tad weird. I think people pair them up because of how affectionate Kakashi is with Naruto in Shippuuden. Let me list some examples.

1. He fed Naruto
2. He told Naruto that he was falling in love with him.
3. He's always with Naruto, even when not on missions.

People just love to overanalize things. All I see is Kakashi & Naruto's relationship growing stronger> The two are like really good friends, and Kakashi really cares about Naruto, just as Naruto cares about him. That's all it is.

By American standards yes. But this is a Japanese manga, and in Japan, age of concent is 12 or 15. So, Naruto is actually grown, since he's 16 in the current manga.

But, I do agree it's gross.

It could be considered a father/son relationship. But I could never really see it as such, given Kakashi's persona. But, I could see them as close friends. I mean, Naruto cares a great deal for Kakashi. And, their relationship seems to be getting more formal, since Naruto doesn't refer to Kakashi as "sensei" anymore. He just calls him by his first name.

Kakashi, in turn, cares alot for Naruto. Their relationship his definantly grown in Shippuuden. And I think, out of all the people still alive, Kakashi may have the most affection towards Naruto. I know I rant alot on this issue, but the relationship betwwen Kakashi/Naruto has always been the most interesting to me, like Gai/Lee's relationship.
