To obtain a girlfriend you should:

a) Not make a thread on it, that's kind of pathetic my friend.

b) Step away from the computer, walk up your basement stairs, get some sun & go do social things.

If you follow those 2 easy steps you will (eventually) obtain a (real) girlfriend.

Then go out and get one! Not to say you should go up to random girls and ask them to be your girlfriend, obviously, but the best thing you can do is not be afraid to extend yourself. Act confidently, and to quote Charlie Bucket, "Think Positive!" Eventually you will succeed.

lol they're real but the chances of finding a girlfriend you can have an actual relationship with without having to use skype, the phone, IM services, and have to drive hours to see is extremely low.

Having a long distance relationship over the internet or in general is just a fallacy.
