Do dreams foretell an event that might happen? or an event from your past life? (if you believe in that), or do they represent the very conciousness in us in other words representing how we truly feel and think?

ehm... its a mix between your past experiences... but i think that it might some time fortell the future...

i think dreams do fortell and event but sometimes when your dreaming you dont know whats going to happen a dream is like another world you create but it could out bad in the end but some dreams might come might not we'll never know

i think dreams are a manifestation of every possible thought we have go through our brain. Whether they make you experience something from any possible past you may have, or you dream of anything thats possible to happen in your future. Then theres the bad dream that wakes you up which could either be a warning of sorts or just an created event in your mind that symbolizes any pessimistic thought you may have

i blieve that dreams do mean something like i have this book where theres a section in all about how to tell what your dream means you just look for what you dreamt about and it gives you a description of what it symbolizes.

yup i believe theres a book on buddhism and the intepretation of dreams or whatever. its very fascinating

dreams do tend to show your feelings but maybe dreams can help find the answers to why your feeling the emotion that you are feeling.

that, or it shows the emotions that you tend to try to hide from not just others but yourself. Revealing thing you pushed to the back of your brain hoping it would disappear

yes that is very true people always bottle emotions up so dreams just bring out those bottled up emotions that are deep down inside you.

Hmmm... I had a dream that I kissed this guy I like, its not going to come true, and it's not the past, although it does have to do with my emotions I guess. Then I had a dream that a homeless man got mad at me for not letting him have the stuff in my car... someone interpret that.

not only answers to why u are feeling that..but also possible solutions to be able to know how to react to it when it comes up

I love dream analysis, Dreams are made out of past experiences from our conscious state as well as our subconscious state. They tend to be drawn out more often when you have just experienced something compared to a having a large time gap. This is why I believe that dreams are affected more by short term memory than long term memory. Dreams are also a combination of our greatest fears and greatest desires. The stronger the feeling, as when we get nervous about having a big project or whatever, the more likely these emotions are going to be drawn out in the open which cause them to be dreamed about. They also are known for making dreams more intense than the ones we would have otherwise.
