Well Viz and FUNi are at the top of my list but Bandai is ok, I hope no one picks 4Kids because their dubs are horible. Also I dont know if anyone has heard the news but it seems that ADV is going out of business

I love the voice-over dub casting by Viz. They are such amazingly talented individuals that add so much to the anime! There is a HUGE difference in quality between the english dubs by Viz and, well, everyone else!
