A a democratic republic laughing their butts off at how dumb the people on Narutos continent are and at the fact they could just shoot Madara with a bullet, that it would be all done and good.

If anything, I just think of the other side of there Planet, similar to there side, just with different elements and ninja, which possibly, those ninja on the other side of there Planet, possibly also have different equipment and everything, like a mirror image though, seemingly darker, I think, The Land of Snow is one of those, that are on another part of there Planet, considering that it is a long journey for them, also they had to go on a boat, so I get the feeling that, the rest of there planet is much like there continent.

One of the Naruto movies touched on the subject a bit. If they continue Naruto after the akatsuki thats most likely were the enemies will be from.

i think as you go farther away from the key nations. the other nations or lands become more technologically advanced like the sky village and the snow and that other one with the gelal stone or whateva.

or like others have that would be teh final enemy..

It's probably the same, it's a well warranted question though. I would suspect they have ninja as well or not ninja. Or maybe its the medieval Europe? The shinobi world has technology just they apply it differently then we do. It's not likely the other side of the world is our time like, it's possible Kishi may incorporate them into a movie or something.
