Getting closer to the secret of Zetsu
Here's a list of akatsuki names that I made with mythology refrence:
Itachi - Weasel >In Japanese mythology, weasels are an ill omen, signifying bad luck and death.< Kisame - Ogre/Demon Shark Sasori - Scorpion Pein - I don't think there is a meaning.. I think it just means pain (I heard somewhere that Pein is just japanese for Pain). Konan - Little South >Ko=Little, Nan=South< Hidan - (not too clear on this) Hi=fly, skip pages, scatter or Shougi Rook, dan=grade, steps or stairs Kakuzu - (again not too sure) Kaku=Angle or Shogi bishop, zu=metropolis or capital Deidara - Potentially based on Japanese myth>myth of Deidarabocchi< or, Dei=Mud Zetsu - "Tongue" or "Reed" ,another source says Zetsu is a kanji wich gives conotion of either never ever or forever not to clear or ultimate and supress Last edited by The Devil; 08-28-2009 at 07:25 AM. |

White Zetsu dead? naaaaa he knew exactly what he was doing when he broke into the Kage meeting and freaked everyone out. I'm starting to think that Zetsu might be the strongest Atakuski member left. dont really have a reason why but, strange feeling about that guy. i mean he was there right after the Sasuke and Naruto fight so i think he's been scoping Naruto out for a super long time.. waiting for when the times right. and Pain in Japanese is not pein ... it is Itai sounds like E-tie...
