Who really controlled Yagura? *Spoilers*

This is something no one seems to be thinking much about. In recent chapters, the 5th Mizukage reveals that the 4th, Yagura, was being controlled by someone. Ao, using his Byakugan, confirms that the power being used to control Yagura was Shisui's power. Danzo has Shisui's power, but does that mean that he was controlling Yagura? It could have easily been someone else. I think that Madara, after his fight with Hashirama, somehow lost both of his eyes in battle. So he made a deal with Itachi, so that after Itachi killed Shisui Madara would take Shisui's eyes. But the police found the body and sent it to the morgue, so he had to sneak in. And when he snuck in, he discovered that Danzo had already taken one of the eyes. So, he took the remaining eye, thus gaining Shisui's power and being able to control Yagura. This also explains Madara's mysterious jutsu, because Shisui was well known for his teleportation jutsu. What do you think about my theory?

I doubt the Madara part.Without his eyes he also didnt have EMS thereby losing his immortality thereby however making it impossible for him to have lived so long.Not even considering how he found his way to the Morgue without being able to see.

Also why would Danzo only take one eye cause Fu (His guard) even asked about getting Sasuke's Sharingan.

Also Shino even said it wasnt a teleportation Jutsu (which body flicker is) and Kakashi comfirmed its a time/space jutsu which is better than the 4th's.

What I happened to notice..chapter 395 P17.
Tobi had a normal Sharingan not a EMS.Check it out.
That's why I believe he took the MS from Itachi.Zetsu never ate him.

We don't know if EMS was the actual cause of his immortality. And if it was, how would we know if the effects would wear off just because he loses his Sharingan? And really, a lot of ninja could fight with their eyes closed. Remember Kakashi VS. Zabuza? (The second fight) He could fight just using his hearing and sense of smell. This was also the case when Obito fought the enemy ninja during the ninja war. He had to listen for his opponent. I'm certain someone as good as Madara doesn't need any eyes to know where he's going. And besides that, he could've had Itachi's help.

Danzo wouldn't have taken both eyes. Think about it. He keeps his eye bandaged because he hides his Sharingan. If he'd taken both, he'd have to pretend to be blind, and I can't imagine that's a very easy thing to do.

We never learned the specifics behind Shisui's jutsu, so that specific part of my theory might not be true. But I still stick by the other parts of my theory.

I did notice that Madara had no EMS. But I think this only reinforces the idea that he took his Sharingan from Shisui, because if he lost his eyes and took one of Shisui's then it wouldn't be EMS. But it's possible he took the other eye from Itachi, while keeping the eye he already took from Shisui. Mind influencing is a pretty handy power, ya know.

I know what your trying to say but to be Kage you need to be nominated and elected.Noone would have nominated someone blind I suppose.And Shisui most likely wasnt even alive when Madara became one.
Not to mention Madara is known in the whole Ninja world.Someone blind cant change his appearance without help at least.

He has a time/space jutsu that exceeds even Minato's, he's lived longer than any human being alive while still retaining the looks he had, and he controlled the Nine tailed fox. I wouldn't be surprised if he could fight blind. Is it really that hard to believe that Madara could still live blind and be infamous? Besides, it doesn't matter if he was blind when he was Mizukage, all that matters is that he had Shisui's Sharingan during the time that Yagura was Mizukage. And that seems entirely possible to me.

Yagura isn't as old as Madara, if his beast was extracted recently it means Madara was alive and controlling Yagura recently.
