Nagato's Jutsu is still a Summoning, in the same way that Orochimaru's Reanimation was a Summoning.

hmm that's a good point. I think it's a little different from reanimation though, that reanimation seems to be used from a living sacrafice pawn that's willing to give their life for it. Nagato's kinda ... braught people back from the dead. I don't know if anyone remembers the zombie nation thing from the electricy over the grave yard bring all those people back from the dead when Naruto was fighting the 'hair' girl with all the elements and stuff

Does anyone think that's similar to nagato's juitsu?

Not really Oro could summon a soul and then completely control it and he used someone else's body (they didn't have to agree they just need to be dead). While Nagato could actually bring people back to life if they had died recently, he wouldn't control them and they would come back to their original bodies so the techniques are different. Nagato's jutsu's the real thing...

I remember but I don't really like to use filler's info with the manga, and like I said Nagato didn't bring people back as zombies but as themselves as if nothing ever happened kind of like a "god".

He had 6 and 7 if you count Nagato himself. Jiraya did "kill" two but one of the 6 bodies could "fix" the other ones or revive them so unless you got rid of that one from the beginning any you take out wouldn't really count...
