That was what I always thought. I always thought that either:

1. Minato was able to seal all of the Kyuubi into Naruto or
2. Only sealed the good half, because both halves would just destroy and overwhelm Naruto

minato sealed the other half with him using the reaper death seal
and he was promised a tailed beast
after theu were all collected and everything was done that tobi wanted to be done
and naruto is still out there and he didnt really get KB he was fooled
so there r 2 beasts out there still
so he obviously doesnt have a beast yet
y would tobi give one to him if he needs all of them sealed before the 9 tails is
and he needs all of them for his jutsu
so he would give sasuke one after he did wat he wanted
so unless tobi wanted to give sasuke a tailed beast and then have to watse 3 days to re seal it before trying ot go after naruto again
then sasuke would not have a tailed beast

im telling you guys he has the other half in him look at that thing behind him looks just like the nine tails and this could be a good way to end the series with naruto and sauke fighting it out with both of the in the demon form idk guess we will have to wait and see

When Minato said "Half" he didn't say "Good Side" and besides that, if it's only half, then it still has to be symmetrical to it's other half, or in other words, it has to look similar. And besides that, I don't think it was sealed inside Sasuke because his parents would know. I'm assuming the other half died, since the cost of the reaper death seal technique is usually death.

i dont rly think there gonna end this wen there are villians like tobi danzo and kabuto/oro
and naruto will help sasuke
he doesnt wanna fight and kill him
and sasuke possibly could have absorbed some of the 9 tails at the begining of the shipuuden wen he was "inside" naruto

If that happened naruto might beforced to kill him but then sakura will use the reanimation jutsu(like chiyo did for gaara) bring him back.

Madara told Sasuke he would receive a Tail-beast if he returned The 8-Tail.. and the 4th Hokage said Naruto only had HALF the Fox's Charka.... in this chapter, Sasuke seems OVERLY powerful for some reason, and when they show the dark Chakra, doesnt anyone think he has the other half of the fox's Chakra?? i mean look at the picture! and a chakra that's worse then the curse seal?? make since to me!
