Yeah but the PS2 is kinda dwindling. Either that or the VAs were tied up in another game and as such couldn't do it until a later date.

OMG they did. I knew KHII: Final Remix had English Voices with Japanese Sub-Titles. Didn't know they had both. Japan gets all the good games. Well at least we got Chain of Memories on the PS2

Yeah but the whole game isn't voiced. Like when you get the first puzzle for the puzzle quest (exclusive to KH2:FM+) for instance.
