If the one you're talking about is Chunin Exam Outfit Sasuke, then you have to have Xbox Live and be a member of the Ubisoft forums.

Chunin Exam Sasuke,Anbu Itachi and Green Suit Naruto were stupid characters to put in the game in my opinion,they should have replaced them with people who actually had an important role in the story like Gai,Shizune(WHO WASNT EVEN IN THE STORY!!!!???!!!:O) and Asuma and/or Kurenai.I also think they should have tooken Haku and Zabuza out of the game cus they both died,I like them but I think they should have been replaced by people with greater importance in the storyline...

I actually prefer Anbu Itachi over regular Itachi. I am happy that Haku and Zabuza was in the game. I've had some pretty epic Zabuza vs. Kimmimaru fights. I would have like to seen Kankuro in there. That is the one character I am disappointed wasn't in the game.
