Even though the answer has been given, I figured I should make it clear that FAIL cannot actually give you the ability to put the image in your sig, although they can tell you if it's okay or not.

You have to PM a Quasi to actually be given the ability to put the image in your sig.

Quasi's give them out sparringly. There's no real requirement either. If they feel like giving you one then they will. Though chances are you'd have to do something to catch their attention.

You win custom titles by winning contests where a quasi or super mod is offering it. Or you risk your chances by asking,but you run the risk of them never getting one because you asked.

It's a result of having lost your rep, so it'll continue until you get that back. If it were about not having access, you wouldn't be able to see the forums at all.

"Kicking butts" is what got you into this position in the first place. But anyways, it kinda slipped my mind. It was an old War System policy where if someone had an account that had lost privileges we simply didn't want them participating in the WS. It's not exactly the first thing I think of when I think about taking away someones rep.

If whoever's in charge of the War Council now wanted to change that, all I'd need is a request from them, but it's otherwise not my jurisdiction to change their permission policies for their forums.

I have a question
I'm new here, just joined like an how and a half ago.
After I browsed through various threads, and posted several replies, I tried to change my profile information.
A pop up message came up saying I didn't have sufficient privileges to change my information and it said I must have at least 5 posts even though I have 10 posts so far? Am I doing something wrong?

you need to post in the naruto subs forum like character talk and so on

You just need to wait like an hour for the system/server thing to register that you posted 10 times in order to edit your profile.

I don't really understand the content of this thread, but it says I can ask questions, so here goes: ever time I try to customize my profile and such, I get sent to a page that says, "You are not authorized to view this page." Something like that. Anyway, I am at a loss. can someone help?

You need 5 posts or 10 reputation points in order to customize your profile. Once you meet either requirement, you have to wait an hour for the system to check you out in order to edit your profile.
