Your best bet to get a name change is PMing SRhyse or Sage Mode. I believe Maikeru Shinigami occasionally does them too. Better to PM Rice though since he is the one that normally approves them or not.

If it's an alt account though, you should just make another alt account? As you're already not on your alt much as it is making it somewhat of a waste.

I doubt they do username changes anymore. A simple username change, such as deleting letter(s), capitalizing/lowercasing, or even correcting a misspelled username, shouldn't be problem. But, a total username change, I doubt they do that anymore.

Rice may do it, because he's the one that approves them, but I'm positive that Sage doesn't do that.

If you remove both "-" in your username and leave it like that, I'm afraid that won't happen for you since there is already a user with the username "Naruto" on here.

Now as for "iNaruto", I'm not sure. Though it may seem simple since it's not totally changing the concept of the username before it's changed, I'm afraid that the ban on username changes won't allow even a near simple username change. I may be wrong on that. But, you'll have to bring that up with one of the Quasis. I don't think your chances favor, but who knows, it's worth a shot on asking.

Hey there again, about 3 to 5 days ago I found the threads for the required first mission and signed up...now I lost the thread and my journey/mission has begun and I can't find it!

Edit: in conclusion, it would be nice if someone could tell me or link me to the general area

Voila you will find it. Useful tool to go see if anyone replied to what you posted or not.
